Mr. Samip Shah is the Associate Director of Delivery at SANS. With 14 years of expertise in Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, and Team Management, Mr. Shah leads a high-performing team of 20 members at SANS, driving operational excellence and strategic hiring initiatives. He has consistently achieved and surpassed hiring targets while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, significantly contributing to SANS’s growth.

A passionate mentor, Mr. Shah focuses on fostering upcoming talent and delivering solutions to complex challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new technologies, traveling, and playing volleyball and badminton.

Praveen Singh

Praveen Singh is a Postgraduate in Management (HR) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies with 29+ years of experience across industries. He has worked with leading organizations like Bajaj Auto Ltd., Accenture Services, Zensar Technologies, and EXL Services.

With deep expertise in Human Resources, Operations Management, Business Finance, IT Infrastructure, Infosec, Marketing, and Business Operations, Praveen has successfully led process automation, organizational growth, operational excellence, and cost optimization initiatives.

Beyond the corporate world, he is passionate about sports, cooking, and solo road trips across the country.

Suresh Songa

Suresh Songa holds a BS, MBA, and PGDCA, along with technical certifications in Software Development, QA, ERPs/CRMs. With over 30 years of experience, he has led global operations, product engineering, IT services, and staffing across the USA, Canada, UK, EU, MEA, and APAC.

Suresh has a proven track record in managing large engineering and sales teams, building horizontal practices, and driving business growth at major MNCs like Capgemini, Hitachi, and Oracle/Siebel. His expertise spans enterprise sales, business development, corporate governance, and large deals across sectors such as BFS, retail, pharma, automotive, and more.

Outside work, Suresh is an FAA-licensed pilot, an avid traveler, and passionate about aviation. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two sons.

Pooja Soni

With over 7.7 years of diverse experience, I combine a solid background in IT Development with expertise in recruitment. Holding a diploma in Computer Science and a B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, I specialize in sourcing top-tier talent, particularly for niche Oracle and specialized skill roles.

Recognized as the Best Recruiter of 2024 and nominated as Best Mentor, my focus is on fostering strong candidate relationships and delivering results for SANS’s talent needs. I thrive in solving complex recruitment challenges and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.

Alex De Witt

Alex De Witt grew up reading science fiction novels and from that became interested in technology. With a deep passion for technology rooted in her love for science fiction, Alex De Witt brings a wealth of knowledge in technology and system architecture to her role. Though she doesn't code, her expertise spans trading systems, data systems, and AI, particularly AGI. Alex’s philosophy of continuous learning and her exceptional ability to ask insightful questions help her identify the best candidates for roles.

In her prior career, Alex held Series 7 and 63 licenses, and her vast network includes top Wall Street professionals and hedge funds. Her strength lies in matching the perfect candidate with the right role.

Outside of work, Alex is an avid sailor, competing in regattas, and a creative writer. She’s authored plays, novels, lyrics, and songs, with many of her plays produced in New York and across the U.S.

Jason Vu is an engineering graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. He has held key roles in IT, including Network Support Engineer at Columbia Pictures, Lead Engineer at OVID Technologies, IT Network Manager at Stevens-Knox and Associates, and Systems Development Manager at the United Way of New York City.

Since 2003, Jason has specialized in financial technology recruitment, working with Gromwell, The Leverage Group, and now SANS Consulting. He focuses on placing top IT professionals in capital markets, investment banks, hedge funds, asset management firms, and financial market data companies.
