Business Analyst with deep experience in Digital Asset Management systems and workflows within the TV/Media Streaming domain. Implementation and workflow automation, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive business transformation within the TV domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to DAM.
Understand the end-to-end TV Content Supply chain including ingestion, curation, publishing, and lifecycle management of digital assets.
Define and document metadata schemas, taxonomy, and content hierarchy aligned with Global Content Delivery Standards.
Drive discussions with stakeholders to map existing asset workflows and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in DAM Systems and managing digital content workflows.
Deep understanding of OTT/Streaming Workflows, including content ingestion, transcoding, and publishing processes.
Business Analysis core skills in requirement gathering and documentation.
Proficiency in writing functional specifications, API mappings, and user acceptance criteria.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work across distributed global teams.
Desired/Secondary Skills:
Exposure to Content Rights Management / Entitlement Systems.
Experience working with metadata feeds for OTT or media publishing workflows.
Awareness of AI/ML-based content tagging, recommendation engines, and smart metadata enrichment concepts.
Work Arrangement: Work from office 3 days a week from Client ODC / Client Office. Visa Independent candidates are considered for the role.
