Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)
A ServiceNow Developer with expertise in both ITSM and HRSD, along with integration experience, will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
5+ years of Designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules within both ITSM and HRSD. This includes creating workflows, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, and ACLs.
Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, including HR systems, using REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Creating technical designs for ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Developing ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
Deploying ServiceNow solutions to production environments, including managing update sets, import sets, and transform maps.
Maintaining and supporting ServiceNow solutions, including troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades, and ensuring platform performance and scalability.
