Job Description

Business Requirement Documentation and liaison with other teams. Coordination with offshore teams. Client-facing responsibilities including fit-gap analysis, solutioning, and design. Lead business and solution discussions, milestone testing, and manage client/business discussions and testing as needed. Responsible for cutover, conversions, go-live, and production support. Must be able to visualize dependencies, identify risks, and propose mitigation actions. Should have excellent understanding of SDLC processes. Requires good understanding of Item/BOM/Routing, Costing, and Order Management functional areas to support business and client requirements, recommend solution approaches, and document detailed design frameworks. Manage SIT/UAT testing, business training, and testing support.

Mandatory Skills: WMS and MFG module implementation, Inventory, BOM, and Costing modules implementation, OM module implementation, Star item processing, effective communication, and consulting skills.

Desired Skills: All modules in SCM, effective communication, and consulting skills.
