The Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead will drive enterprise-wide transformation and organizational maturity for our Randstad client in the DC area, leveraging deep expertise in change methodologies like Prosci’s ADKAR and Kotter, combined with fluency in Agile (SAFe) and Waterfall environments. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of critical initiatives by designing, implementing, and measuring comprehensive OCM strategies, including managing change on complex projects, establishing a Community of Practice, and developing targeted communication and enablement plans. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative servant leader with proven analytical and facilitation skills, capable of influencing and articulating change messages to all audiences, including the C-suite, to accelerate user adoption and deliver sustained organizational improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Strategy & Execution: Lead the design and implementation of holistic OCM strategies and plans for complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, utilizing models such as ADKAR and Kotter.Methodology Integration: Effectively manage and deliver change for projects utilizing mixed methodologies, specifically Lean Agile (including SAFe PI Planning) and Waterfall approaches.Stakeholder & Resistance Management: Conduct thorough Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder/Empathy interviews; create and execute comprehensive Change Resistance and User Adoption Plans.Communications: Develop and execute strategic communication plans and messaging, ensuring clear articulation of messages to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and C-suite executives.Enablement & Training: Lead the creation of new hire, onboarding, mentoring, and buddy programs to support the adoption of new systems and processes.Community of Practice: Establish, manage, and mature an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Community of Practice to foster shared learning and consiste
