Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in domestic staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and onboarding, while ensuring timely delivery for client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for IT requirements (sourcing to onboarding).

Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and internal databases.

Screen resumes, evaluate technical skills, and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

Negotiate salaries, offers, and ensure smooth joining of selected candidates.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.

Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand and fulfill resource needs.

Track recruitment metrics (submissions, interviews, closures, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 years of experience in IT recruitment for the domestic market.

Strong knowledge of job portals, sourcing strategies, and recruitment techniques.

Familiarity with technical skills (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, etc.) to effectively screen candidates.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within timelines.

Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
